Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike is at it again. Wike, before now, accused the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu of collecting a whopping N1 billion from a presidential aspirant in Lagos.
As if that is not enough, Governor Wike has raised a fresh allegation against the party chairman.
Wike said; “I don’t just come out and speak, let Ayu come out and say he did not collect N1 billion. Let me tell you Ayu collected N100 million from a governor.”
“If not for the love of this party, if we release what we have, Ayu’s children will go to him and deny him.”
“I will spill more if we are pushed to the wall.”
For those who don’t know, Governor Wike and some PDP stalwarts are calling for Ayu’s resignation as the party chairman.
Wike has accused Ayu of corruption and mismanagement.
