Nollywood star actress and Deputy Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos, Funke Akindele has revealed to Nigerians why she ran away from Twitter after election.
This is coming after a Twitter user, @apexproperties2 questioned her about her disappearance from the app.
@apexproperties2 wrote; “Madam Funke, I sight you. Longest time, you ran away from us or what happened?”
Funke replied thus; “Dem too dey insult people on this app, so I stay off.”
On the other hand, another user @Odun_is_my_name wrote; “Are you afraid of people?”
Funke also replied: “No I’m not afraid. I’m just careful.”
Recall that Funke Akindele had after the governorship election in Lagos State, disappeared from Twitter.
Besides, the actress also deleted all her campaign posts and political related posts on her social media handles after the election that saw her and her principal, Abdulazeez Adediran a.k.a Jandor lost to the incubent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu of the All Progerssives Congress (APC).
