Nobody would expect that somebody of his calibre would still indulge in some rigorous exercises such as twisting and turning especially at 60.
Just recently, Elumelu, Chairman of Africa’s global bank, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc., Transcorp, Heirs Holding and Founder of Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), got many talking after he posted a photo of himself exercising his body via his Twitter page.
According to the stylish banker, keeping fit is what makes him look younger.
He wrote; “I started taking my health and fitness seriously, before I hit 30, and it has been one of my best decisions in life.”
“I am 60 now – do I feel it? No! I owe that to a long-term decision I made 30 years ago.”
