In the sphere of civil service reforms, the Soludo administration has not merely paid lip service but has meticulously crafted and executed a comprehensive strategy. This blueprint is designed to usher in meaningful reforms within the civil service, aimed at enhancing efficiency, transparency, and overall productivity.
A pivotal aspect of this reform initiative involves the strategic restructuring of Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), aligning them seamlessly with the central priorities of the administration.

The administration pays civil servants salary latest by 25th of every month without delays. Pensioners are also paid their pensons monthly. These are commendable efforts by a governor who is ever caring and prioritizes the welfare of the people as number one!
Notably too, the administration is diligently addressing arrears of gratuities dating back to 2018, thereby alleviating the financial burdens faced by former employees.
To staunchly combat corruption, the Soludo administration has taken proactive measures by establishing Anti-Corruption Steering Committees within MDAs. These committees serve as vigilant guardians against unethical practices, acting as a robust line of defense to safeguard the integrity of public institutions.
This resolute stance against corruption reaffirms the administration’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of governance and ethics.
