Nigerian musician, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable has finally apologised to his colleague, David Adeleke a.k.a Davido.
Recall that Portable and Davido fell out after the Osun State governorship election which involves Davido’s uncle, Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who eventually won the election.
Portable is understood to had made some derogatory remarks while campaigning for the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the July 2022 governorship campaign and election.
However, the Zazu Zeh crooner was made to apologise to Davido by Onitigbo of Tigbo-Ilu land, in Ogun State, Oba Olabode Thomas-Fagbayi.
In a video available on social media, the monarch was seen asking Portable to apologize to Davido whom he described as his senior.
For those who don’t know, the singer was given a chieftaincy title recently by the monarch.
