That Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola a.k.a Naira Marley was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Friday morning, May 10th, 2019 in Lagos is an established fact.
Confirming the arrest of the ‘Am I A Yahoo Boy’ crooner, acting spokesperson of the EFCC, Mr. Tony Orilade, said;
“Yes, he is with us. He’s not the only person; he had some other persons also arrested alongside him.”
“They were arrested in relation to advance fee fraud — Internet-related cases and all of that. Give me a little time and I will get you the details.”
