Afro pop star, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy has cried out to anyone that cares to listen that his mother has been battling for survival.
This is coming after the musician was heavily criticized by Nigerians for not joining other artistes in the ongoing EndSARS protests across the states.
Burna Boy, taken to his Twitter page, lamented as he narrates; “I was Dealing with a Personal Family issue at the Beginning of these Protests. My mum had Serious surgery last week!”
“We were all invested in making sure she recovers! I am not about that “put it all out on social media” life.We decided the focus must solely be on this protest.”
