Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has denied appointing the suspended National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Chairman, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya Ayinde a.k.a MC Oluomo as GM/MD of Lagos State Transportation Parks and Garages Committee.
Mr. Gboyega Akosile, the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary on Friday, March 11th, 2022 said;
“Please disregard post(s) claiming that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has appointed suspended Chairman of NURTW, MC Oluomo as GM, Lagos Transport Parks and Garages Committee.”
“There’s no such appointment. The statement issued yesterday by @gbenga_omo, HC information and strategy remains position of Government.”
