Nigerian famous music producer, Samuel Oguachuba, popularly known as Samklef, has eventually apologised to sonorous singer, Simi, Adekunle Gold’s wife and the entire women for saying that ‘women raised by single women are toxic’.
He made the apology in a video he shared on the the social media.
He said; “Hello everybody. My name is Samuel Oguachuba a.k.a Samklef. I am doing this video because I really want to apologise to the women out there based on my statement last week. I really apologise for what I said. And to Simi, I really apologise to you too.”
“I wish you all the best in life. I am not perfect and I have my emotions too. I am not justifying my actions but I just want to say that I am sorry to everybody for my statement when I said women raised by single women are toxic. I really apologise for that statement and I want you guys to forgive me for my words.”

For those who don’t know, it all started some days ago when music star, Wizkid, posted a snippet of himself and Tems on set for their new music video; ‘Essence’ which thereafter generated mixed reactions on Twitter.
However, Samklef, reacting to the post, tweeted;
“Everybody can’t wait to see Tems yansh. Me sef dey wait. Who dey wait with me.”
Meanwhile, Simi, who was obviously displeased with Samklef for his remark, wrote;
“WTF is wrong with you.”
But, Samklef, in his response, lambasted the female single and wrote…
“Eye service better face front. U 2 know abi? U wan show yourself. Why didn’t u dm to take it down? But na u only pass abi? Simi. Toxic. @Symplysimi u ingrate. Cause u think say u don blow. I go delete that tweet. But u f up.”
