There have been questions surrounding the arrest and detention of billionaire businessman, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Recall that Obi Cubana was arrested on Monday, November 1, 2021 for alleged money laundering and tax fraud.
However, a source at the EFCC squealed that; “Obi Cubana is still in our custody. He is being grilled and his release is hinged on his ability to perfect his bail conditions.”
“There are many things for which he is being interrogated and until he meets the conditions for his bail, the interrogation will continue.”
