Recall that few days ago, world glorious prophet, Israel Oladele Ogundipe, popularly known as ‘Genesis‘ released a statement of his grievances against those pretending to be his mother but failed to check on his family and biological mother when he was going through a trial of life, in a video that went viral.
Some online news platforms and bloggers had already linked the viral video to Revd. Mother Esther Ajayi to be the one Prophet Genesis was making references to.
However, one of Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe‘s sons, Prophet Olarewaju Atanda Thomas, fondly known as ‘Papa‘ who is a foundation member of Genesis Model Parish now Genesis Global, came on his facebook handle to call the attention of gospel singer, Lanre Teriba a.k.a ‘Atorise‘ for his rudeness to have addressed Prophet Genesis as ‘Dele‘.
He reminded Atorise to have forgotten where he started while painting the scenario of 2002 when he was prostrating before Genesis begging him to purchase Samsung phones.
He also reminded him the same year in which Prophet Genesis took him to the beach for spiritual baths and others.
He cited a Yoruba adage that says; “Ogo o ki n pe di ogo ana nigbati eniyan o ba k’iye sara, ati wipe ojo ti eda ba ti dagba to ti ri baba e bi Egbe e oti n sise ni yen ooo”, guess you should know that I know you very well”.
“Again, let me quickly remind you, in the year 2000 can you boldly come out to address Prophet Genesis by his real name? Well, I’m not surprised, because I noticed in your behavior that “what will kill a child has been a stigma to a such child from infancy.”
“No wonder this popular saying in the Yoruba language that ” Ore pe, was Gbagbo ana” all those years, if I may ask you; can you stand Genesis let a lone addressing him ‘Dele’, not even showing a decorum if not that you’re a very proud fake gospel musician, guess you might have forgotten?”
“Also, when those Agbero broke your bus and you came out to start punching them, would a true gospel musician supposed to be fighting publicly? That singular act showed/demonstrated the true color and the kind of gospel musician you are.”
He added; “Should I tell you the bitter truth, and I can say it anywhere that you’re not part of those true Nigerian gospel musicians?”
