A popular Lagos pastor, Bishop Feyi Daniels, has been sent to life imprisonment by an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court for raping his 23years old assistant pastor.
The judge, Justice Rahman Oshodi also sentenced Daniels to three years in prison for sexually assaulting a 19-year-old member of the church (count three of the four-count charge).
The judge held that the cleric should spend the rest of his life at the Kirikiri custodial facility in Lagos.
According to the judge; “Feyi Daniels is a liar and does not have any regard for truth.”
The pastor has been enmeshed in rape scandals for years. Some years back, he was accused by several different female members of his church of rape.
For those who don’t know, Pastor Feyi Daniels is the founder of I Reign Christian Ministry.
He was earlier remanded for allegedly raping two of his church members at his residence in June 2020.
