The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has reacted to the viral photo of a female Police Officer, carrying the bag of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar’s wife, Titi Abubakar at an event recently.
The Force Public Relations Officer, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi, on Thursday, October 6th, 2022, condemned the act, adding that it is the duty of her PA to carry her bag.
Adejobi disclosed this via his Twitter page.
He wrote; “This is not acceptable. We have commenced necessary action on this. We will fish her out and get across to the principal.”
“The AIG Special Protection Unit has been contacted to assist us get the woman police. Gradually, we will sanitise the system.”
“How can an orderly be carrying bag for her madam, I am sure the madam will have a PA, and that is the PAs job, its an absurdity and this is condemned in its totality.”
