Patrick-AkpobolokemiSacked NIMASA boss, Patrick Akpobolokemi is in fresh trouble as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has discovered how he gave billions of naira to military personnel for contracts that were never executed. Sources at the EFCC squealed to us that NIMASA under Akpobolokemi released the funds to the military officers in charge of protecting oil pipelines and preventing illegal bunkering and they diverted the billions of naira into private accounts of companies under the pretext of rendering services.

The insiders revealed that they used Jagan Trading Company Ltd. to siphoned N2,006,270,930,67, N1,147,723,362,4 and N250,315,000,00. Also, Al-Nald Limited was used to divert N905,208,064,00 and Paper Warehouse Ltd. was used to corner N605,645,750,00 while Eastpoint Integrated Services Ltd. got N1,871,795,679,14 and De-Newlink Intergrated Services was used in stealing N68,293,199,29 and N86,198,462,54 at different times. The former NIMASA boss was alleged to have received  kickback from the military officers from the deals.
