It was a sight to behold Saturday, September 14th, 2024 as a galaxy of Important Persons (VIPs), business associates, politicians and high and mighty in the society emptied into Festac Town, Lagos in solidarity with a business mogul, High Chief (Dr) Ben Amuta (Oil Minister) as his brother, Arinze Amuta wedded his delectable bride, Oluchukwu Igwenagu.
High Chief Amuta who is also the Onowu (traditional Prime Minister) of Umudioka kingdom in Anambra state radiated with joy as he dutifully played host to the dignitaries right from the marriage soleminazation at the Church of Visitation Catholic Church, Ist Avenue, Festac Town where the officiating priest, Rev. Fr Paul Mbah pronounced Arinze and Oluchukwu man and wife, to the reception which held at Canary World Hall, 23 Road also in Festac.
The reception was chaired by l k Odogwu, President of Balogun Business Association, Trade Fair Complex, Lagos.

Ogbuefi Nwajiugonnia, ugonabor na Uke (Onyeocha ubulenu) were sponsors of the union between Arinze and Oluchukwu.
The sponsors were on hand to stand as witnesses as the newest couple signed the dotted lines shortly after the church wedding.
The reception was colourful with the venue brimming with guests of different hue who had come to rejoice with the couple.
Amid sumptuous meals and choice drinks, the ambience of the hall erupted into electrifying frenzy when Arinze and Oluchukwu took to the floor to display awesome dancing skills. This was after Oluchukwu had performed her first wifely duty of feeding her husband.
The sumptuous meals which attracted effusive commendation of most guests was exclusively by Modern kitchen catering services.

While the groom comes from the legendary Amuta family of Uruowelle village, Umudioka, Dunukofia local government area of Anambra state, the bride hails from Igwenagu family of Umunwadili Umuobi, Akwuzu in Oyi local government area of Anambra state.
The two lovebirds, in their remarks, while thanking guests for honouring them with their presence, said they were optimistic that the love they share will forever burn in their hearts and in their souls, becoming refreshed and evergreen with the passage of time.
