Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has taken Sir Emeka Offor, Chairman of Chrome Group to the cleaners.
The elder statesman revealed recently that when he became President of Nigeria he was shocked to find out that Emeka Offor’s Company got paid millions of dollars to maintain Nigeria refineries over the years and yet the refineries were not working.
He added that to add insult to injury, Emeka Offor always collect his money upfront before works start and this was one of the main reasons the refineries were not working for years.
