Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State is at it again and has described President Muhammadu Buhari-led government as the worse.
He stated that Nigeria’s worst military government is better than the present administration.
Ortom made the remark in Abuja on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 while speaking with pressmen.
He said; “Over 1,700 persons have been killed in Benue since Buhari became president.”
“About 1.5 million persons are still in camps for internally displaced person (IDPs) across Benue with no hope of returning to their ancestral homes anytime soon.”
“As a patriotic Nigerian, I have to speak out against any threat to the country’s sovereignty, those keeping silent in the face of evil perpetrated are worse than the actual perpetrators.”
“All Progressives Congress (APC)-led government did not only fail Nigerians, but has also appeared helpless in the fight against insecurity and has shown that it has no capacity to fix the economy, agriculture and education”.
“Even Nigeria’s worst military government is better than the present administration.”
“A cabal prevented me from meeting Buhari to discuss the issue of insecurity, which was why I started talking to the press.”
