President of Green & White Nigeria for Peace, Amb. Juliet Geoffrey Porbeni, popularly known as Julietwhite&green, has gone on her bended knees to pray for Nigeria as the nation clocks 61years of independence.
Julietgreen&white in her goodwill message on Thursday, September 29th, 2021 prayed that God should show mercy on the nation.
She said; “My love for my nation is boundless. My love for my people is endless. One of the most endearing qualities about Nigerian people is our capacity to believe, the capacity to hope that one day things will change for the better.”
“I thank God for the many blessings He has bestowed on our nation in His grace and mercy, blessings that we don’t deserve.”
“My prayers on this independence day that our country Nigeria claimed it’s place among the family of all nations, is that God will look down on us with pity and great mercy to forgive us the way that we have turned our backs on him as a nation in so many ways and bring us back as a people who seek to follow the ways of truth, justice, peace and keep our land free from war, aggressions, insecurity and give our leaders wisdom and discernment as they rule this nation according to God’s plans and purpose.”
“May the decisions that they make be wise, and I pray that Nigeria would turn to God for His wisdom and strength, the Spirit of God to touch the hearts of our nation’s leaders.”
“Open their minds to the great worth of all citizens and the responsibilities that accompany human freedom. Provide for those that are in need, feed those that are hungry, comfort those that are sorrowing and grant the people of this land share in the benefits of true freedom.”
“I ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!”
