Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) president, Amaju Pinnick is very angry with the immediate past Minister of Youths and Sports Development, Solomon Dalung.
Pinnick is bitter with the former Sports Minister for accusing the current Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare of diverting N1 billion funds approved by President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
Pinnick said; “Dalung is as an unserious person that should not be taken serious by anyone over his comments.”
“Dalung should not have spoken about the alleged N1 billion diversion of funds released by the President Muhammadu Buhari administration to Sunday Dare for the National Female Basketball Team, and the failure to pay the D’Tigress since 2019.”
For those who don’t know, Solomon Dalung recently tackled his successor, Sunday Dare for saying that he (Dalung) was not the minister when the bonuses meant for the Women’s basketball team were owed.
However, according to Sunday Dare, the allowances were owed since 2017 when he was not even the minister.
