Famous People Magazine (FPM) can tell you for free that after 168hours, making 7days that a Federal High Court in Lagos granted N2million bail to embattled singer, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley nothing fresh has been heard.
It is interesting to know that the singer who is still in prison is yet to meet his bail condition as the two sureties have not yet surfaced.
For those who don’t know, presiding judge, Justice Nicholas Oweibo on Thursday, May 30th, 2019 granted the singer N2million bail with a condition of two sureties in like sum.
Naira Marley is facing 11 counts bordering on cybercrime for allegedly conniving with one Yad Isril (at large) to use Access card issued to other persons in a bid to obtain gain, an offence contrary to Section 27(1) (b) of the Cybercrime Prohibition, Prevention Act 2015. The next hearing is slated for October 22, 23 and 24.
