LG has made a TV that is battery-powered and can be moved around using a stand with wheels. It’s a 27-inch TV called StandbyME and comes with a height-adjustable stand that has wheels built into the base.

A variety of features, a wireless design, and expanded connectivity with AirPlay, NFC, HDMI, and USB support allow you to use StanbyME in more places for more of the things you love to do. An intuitive touch screen lets you operate the TV with ease.

With multiple adjustment options, including up to 180° rotation, 130° swivel, 50° tilt, and 20 cm height adjustments, you can watch in comfort wherever you are with StanbyME. Five wheels hidden in the base of the product make it easy to move StanbyME around your home. Take it from your workspace to the kitchen to the living room and back again without hassle.

By leveraging years of expertise in OLED technology, LG has developed its third-generation OLED screen for the new 2023 line-up, which serves to enhance display durability and brightness performance with an improved screen structure at its core.

The C3 series features LG’s self-lit 4-color OLED technology and the new α9 AI Processor Gen6, which unleashes the full potential of the pinnacle of OLED. AI Picture Pro provides high-quality dynamic tone mapping, enhancing picture depth and detail; it detects and refines what it perceives as being scene-important objects, such as people’s faces, to give them a more lifelike final HDR quality.

All HDMI ports on LG OLED C3 TVs are Dolby Vision 4K 120Hz, G-Sync, and FreeSync compatible, and they now support QMS (Quick Media Switching VRR). The LG OLED C3 range is therefore an ideal choice for playing video games in the best conditions.

It adopts the WOW Orchestra technology that synchronizes the sounds of the TV’s drivers with those of compatible LG soundbars, including the LG SC9S (2023 model). The SC9S includes a dedicated stand to raise the TV screen. This stand can also be used to mount the TV and soundbar on the wall!

The XBOOM XL7S, with a 250W output, leverages an 8-inch Giant Woofer for a more powerful bass that affords deeper, bolder sounds to impress indoor and outdoor crowds. Featuring Dynamic Bass Optimizer, this party speaker’s punchy bass guarantees listeners an optimized, well-balanced audio performance without bass distortion, which is essential for playing content at low volume as it automatically increases the bass levels. The unique lighting effects of the latest XBOOM party speaker line-up make every social gathering more memorable.

LG’s new InstaView refrigerators also incorporate LG’s UVnano technology, which harnesses the power of light to effortlessly and effectively help maintain a hygienic and germ-free water dispenser. UVnano helps remove up to 99.99 percent of bacteria on the refrigerator’s dispenser after 24 hours.

Every new InstaView product in the lineup incorporates LG’s proven freshness-enhancing systems, LINEARCooling™ and DoorCooling+™. LINEARCooling minimizes temperature fluctuations – the main cause of food spoilage – while DoorCooling+ simultaneously cools the entire refrigerator compartment evenly by distributing powerful airflow from a strategically positioned vent.

Raising the bar for dishwashing, LG QuadWash™ models, including the DFB512FP and DFB512FW, are equipped with innovative technology that uses four spray arms instead of two like most dishwashers. The multi-motion arms sweep and rotate back and forth while spinning in both directions to clean plates, glassware, and cookware of all shapes and sizes from nearly every angle. Thanks to multi-directional water streams shot by the spinning attachments, the dishwashers leave no dishes or kitchenware unwashed.

The event was attended by guests from all walks of life, including but not limited to Nigeria’s top political elite, members of the diplomatic corps, business leaders, cultural icons, media representatives, the Korean community in Nigeria, and friends of Korea.

Groups that performed at the occasion include the Nike Art Gallery crew. The event featured various traditional Korean and Nigerian music and dance performances, like Shyne Band (Nigeria), Doshi (Korea), M.B Crew (Korea), and The Royals (Nigeria).

The national anthems were rendered by students of Nigeria-Korea Model School Abuja, a standard school built by the Korean government to support the Nigerian government’s goal of increasing access to education for young people in the country.
