Veteran musician, dubbed King of Fuji Music and Mayegun of Yoruba land, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (KWAM 1) has ventured into the lucrative real estate business.
For those who don’t know, KWAM 1 on Wednesday, August 19th, 2020 laid the foundation stone of his building project, tagged; ‘Mayegun Royal Court’.
We can tell you for free that the new Mayegun Royal Court housing project will hold about nineteen (19) duplexes. The new site is located directly opposite the Ojusagbola Court residence of the musician.
Those in the know squealed to us that the project when completed will be sold to the public for commercial purpose.
Sources added that the housing project will be completed in eighteen (18) months time.
However, speaking on the project, KWAM 1 said; “The essence of the building project is to attract development to Ijebuland in particular and also provide quality housing units that can be compared with the best all over the world.”
