Barring any last-minute change, the National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), will declare a free contest for principal officers of the 10th National Assembly.

The APC had zoned the Senate presidency to the South-South and the speaker of the House of Representatives to the North-West.

When the party announced Senator Godswill Akpabio as the consensus candidate for the party, Primate Elijah Ayodele spoke in a video uploaded on his social media page that Akpabio as the senate president will not be preposterous for the country.

He mentioned that if Godswill Akpabio becomes the next senate president, he will be a rubber stamp Senate President for the country.

With the dumping of zoning arrangement, would we be right to say the APC is listening to the prophetic instructions of Primate Ayodele?

It is not surprising that the ruling party is finally coming to terms that Primate Ayodele is a true man of God; he has over the years maintained his pedigree as a fearless prophet who stands by his word till the end.

He has also not taken sides with any politician. He has always said that he isn’t friends or enemies with any politician and that his prophecies are results of what God asked him to say.

Primate Ayodele stood strongly against Muslim-Muslim ticket and till now, he still reiterates that the combination isn’t God’s wish for the nation. Despite his stance against the ticket, he made it known last week that Tinubu will be sworn-in on May 29.

When asked if his prophecy on Tinubu’s Muslim-Muslim ticket has changed because of the May 29 inauguration prophecy, the man of God simply answered by saying both prophecies can co-exist and that his stand remains the same.

He further mentioned that Nigeria will witness hardship under the administration of Tinubu but the inauguration will hold.

Sincerely speaking, Primate Ayodele is a prophet who deserves to be applauded for his fearless and consistency
