Drama in Imo State as a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja disqualifies Frank Ibezim as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the State Senatorial Bye-Election holding on Saturday December 5th, 2020.

This is coming same day after the Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri, Imo State had sacked Senator Ifeanyi Araraume as the candidate of the APC for the election.

His disqualification came due to irregularities in the credentials he submitted to the Indendent National Electoral Commission (INEC) even though he has been parading himself as the candidate of the APC.

As it stands, it is good to say that the APC has no candidate in the election.

Interestingly, the Federal High Court in Abuja has sacked Frank Ibezim, while the Appeal Court in Owerri has sacked Senator Ifeanyi Ararume.

With this development, it technically means that the candidate of the PDP and APGA are the only ones who have legal grounds to contest in the election.

Meanwhile, between APGA and PDP, the candidate of the later, Chief Emmanuel Okewulonu has shown beyond reasonable doubt that he is going to win the election tomorrow.

He is a grassroot person who has the support of the major stakeholders in Okigwe Zone, infact he owns a chieftaincy title and lots of people have shown support for him in the coming election.

It is interesting to know that Nigerian famous seer, Primate Elijah Ayodele of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church had before now revealed that the candidate of the PDP will emerge victorious in the election, provided there is no manipulations.
