Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has been formally arraigned by the Ogun State Police Command after evading arrest.

The musician appeared before the Isabo High Court in Abeokuta, Ogun State, on Thursday morning to face charges related to an alleged assault.
Portable had surrendered to the police in Lagos on Wednesday, after being declared wanted by the Ogun police on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
The charges stemmed from an incident where the singer allegedly attacked officials of the Ogun Planning and Development Permit Authority (OGPDPA), who attempted to seal his bar for operating without the necessary permits and adequate air space.
Following his surrender, Portable was transferred to the Ogun State Police Command, where he was formally arraigned.
In addition to the charges against Portable, his nine associates were also arrested and arraigned on a five-count charge that includes armed violence, felony, obstruction, assault and intent to kill.
