That Professor Charles Soludo has been sworn-in as the new governor of Anambra State is an established fact.
However, the event took a twist after the outgoing governor, Willie Obiano’s wife, Ebelechukwu Obiano walked up to late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu’s wife, Bianca Ojukwu and gave her a hot slap on the face at the inauguration ceremony of Charles Soludo on Thursday, March 17th, 2022.
Eye witnesses squealed to us that the incident occurred immediately after Soludo took his oath of office.
Sources said; “Dignitaries including former Governor Obiano were already seated when Ebelechukwu Obiano stepped in and moved to the front row where the widow of Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu was seated and slapped her.”
“The action drew the attention of security agents and some personalities who pulled Mrs Obiano off the hold of Bianca who was visibly shocked at the action.”
“Mrs Obiano was later taken away and shortly afterwards, her husband left the venue since the incident happened after Soludo had been sworn in.”
