Nollywood actress, Ronke Odusanya’s baby daddy, Saheed Olanrewaju a.k.a Jago has apologised to her for requesting DNA test to ascertain paternity of his daughter.
Jago, in a video available to Famous People Magazine, said; “My name is Saheed Olanrewaju, I am doing this video to clear the air about the DNA I requested from the court. I am really sorry about that, I want you guys to know that Oluwafifehanmi is my daughter and I love her so much with all my heart.”
“Ididowo, I am really sorry about requesting for the DNA from the court. I love my daughter so much and I promise to take care of her. She is my love, she is my everything. I am really sorry for everything.”
For those who don’t know, Jago and Ronke Odunsaya a.k.a Flakky Ididowo welcomed their daughter, Oluwafifehanmi in 2019 and the two have been in court over the welfare of the child.
However, Jago, sometime in February 2021 requested that a paternity test be carried out on the child over allegation of infidelity.
Thus, the judge, Ms Tanimola, ordered the paternity test to be carried out at a specific hospital in Lagos and that the result be sent directly to the court.
However, Jago, after failing to show up in court on December 15, 2021 was issued a bench warrant.
He was also declared wanted by the judge for refusing to show up for the DNA test. The matter was therefore adjourned till February 9, 2022 by the judge.
However, Jago, two days to the next court date which is Monday, February 7, took to his Instagram page to apologise for requesting DNA test in court.
