Famous comedian, Ali Baba is very sad and heartbroken at the moment, following the reception he got from some people after he distributed food items to them in Lagos due to the lockdown.
Ali Baba took to his Instagram page and expressed his shock.
He wrote; “These are volunteers working day and night to make sure the @auntlanda relief gets to everyone they can reach… It’s not government funded… And one person will now be talking of “I don’t eat kpomo”… If no be God…”
He also wrote; “Many people believe that anyone who has made it, owes them. The @auntlanda foundation that I chair, has been donating vocational items, training those who want to learn a trade, giving free medical treatment, paying school fees, clearing debts, rescuing women and children in abusive relationships and homes, giving start up funds for business…”
“Then there is the #auntlandamarketsquare. That gives the less privileged food, money, clothes, etc… during festive periods.”
