Famous musician, Charly Boy a.k.a Area Fada has eventually confessed collecting bribe from President Muhammadu Buhari’s Director, Strategic Communications for his 2019 presidential campaign, Festus Keyamo (SAN) to diss the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
It is interesting to know that Charly Boy’s co-founder of ‘Our Mumu Don Do Movement’, Deji Adeyanju recently raised a dust, accusing him of collecting money from the erudite lawyer (Keyamo) to release a song against Atiku Abubakar.
Be that as it may, Charly Boy in a recent chat, admitted collecting the money from Festus Keyamo, he said;
”When Keyamo came to discuss Deji’s matter, he heard my new song that I was working on where I was dissing Atiku. So, when he heard the song, he was calculating what he can use the song for. I don’t care but if you want to use my work, you pay for it. Of course, he paid for it and they paid heavy money, in eight to nine digits. Everybody wanted a part of that money including Deji”.
