Big Brother Naija’s star, Khloe, amid the killing of 22 year old Oluwabamise Ayanwole by BRT driver, Andrew Nice, has narrated how she escaped from an attempted kidnap in Lagos.
She took to her Instagram page and wrote; “Something similar almost happen to me on the 1st of March on my way to the airport… What a country.”
“How can a whole Nigeria not have a surveillance Camera on every corner????”
“At least it can help us navigate some horrible incident? How can you just not care about us? How can our security system always fail us? why do we have to die untimely in the hands of our fellow humans? Why?????????”
Narrating her experience with an Uber driver, she wrote; “I had an experience with an uber guy the day I was travelling and he dropped me on the main road by Farm City cos I faked a call to my sister.”
“So my kid Sis. ordered the ride cos the driver that was supposed to take me to the airport was taking too long and don’t want to miss my fight.”
“We were about to put my box in the boot but he grabbed it and put it in the back seat and told me to seat at the front of the car.”
“I was on a call till we got to Lekki Express about to link to Ikoyi bridge. Then I was about to ask him to play radio then I realise there is none and no AC. He was listening to music on his phone with earpiece.”
“I was talking to him and asking why all this thngs are not in the car, he ignored me and I tapped the dash to get his attention then he said do I want to go or it’s AC or radio I want to eat.”
“He had a knife under his leg, his car was smelling like menstral blood and weed, the whole radio part was removed and stuffed with cloths and he locked the car from his side as we were approaching famcity and I told him to remove the child lock and he started acting really weird.”
“Then I sent my sister a message and started forming calls like my sister was driving behind us, was taking about his car and how he’s acting, then he made a U-turn, parked, unlock the car and asked me to get out.”
“Oh I forgot, his car colour and plate isn’t the same as the App cos for over 10mins my sister was under the sun looking for his car as it’s said arrive. And there was surge that day and traffic, when she called he asked where is she going.”
“She said airport, the map said 15mins to arrive but I waited almost 50mins or more but this guy was calling to say where he is and he’s almost there, at a point he was at a spot for 10mins and I was even scared he will cancel cos no ride around.”
