Renowned broadcaster and anchor of the popular TV programme, Journalist Hangout is the youngest Patron of Nigeria’s leading PR brand, Cornel Media Consult (CMC).

The CMC has grown in leaps and bounds since it started operation in 2005. The media organization is reputed for excellence and consistency, bringing the gap between the information space and the public within the shortest period possible.

Babajide Otitoju who was a guest on the CMC online programme – MEET THE GLADIATOR OF THE WEEK has achieved a lot for himself. He started as a Reporter for the defunct THE DEMOCRAT newspaper, he later joined PM NEWS and THE NEWS where he rose to the position of an Editor.

The lofty height didn’t deter the Kogi-born star from foraging into the Broadcast sector as he joined TVC where he is currently the Group Controller, Current and Public Affairs, TVC News. He is a consummate journalist, an astute professional and a patriot.

Receiving the delegate from CMC at the TVC premises, Babajide Otitoju was more than delighted to be part of the group, even to act in the capacity in which he has been called upon.

Speaking on behalf of the group, Ambassador Cornel Udofia, said;
“I am very proud of what you are doing for the nation in terms of public enlightenment and education. Sir, you might not know what you have done for this nation by virtue of your job – accurate news timing, analytical reviews of news, upholding the flag of true journalism.”

“I make boast to say that yourself, Babajide Otitoju do not fall under the category of ‘’Media Vultures’’ who only perch on a subject for the purpose of their personal aggrandizement. And so we (CMC) are here duly represented to present you the certificate that testifies to the fact that you have been officially inducted as a Patron of the CMC.”
