Nigerian ace singer, Eedris Abdulkareem has expressed his doubt over the arrest and detention of the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP Abba Kyari for his alleged involvement in drug trafficking with an international cartel.
The famous Jaga Jaga singer took to his Instagram page to lampoon the celebrity cop as he questioned the authenticity of his arrest.
He wrote; “Supercop in the morning, criminal moonlighting at night. A life of layered pretence and lies.”
“When will the pictures of Abba Kyari in handcuffs surface the internet. Until I see that picture I won’t believe any news of his arrest.”
For those who don’t know, Abba Kyari was arrested on Monday, February 14th, 2022 after the National Drug Law Enforcement (NDLEA) had declared him wanted following a video evidence of him trying to bribe an NDLEA agent.
However, after the evidence was released, the men of the Nigeria Police swung into action and arrested him and handed him over to the NDLEA for further investigation.
