Veteran Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD), has been taken to the cleaners by Delta State ex-Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s former Senior Special Adviser on Media, Ossai Ovie Success.
This is coming after the renowned actor stormed the 2024 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) held at Eko Hotel and Suits on Saturday looking astonishing in a Yoruba dress.
However, reacting to the dressing by the Urhobo, Delta State-born actor, Ossai Success took to his Instagram page and wrote;
“Uncle RMD messed up by not wearing Urhobo attire, considering he is an Urhobo man from Delta State, to the AMVCA 2024.”
“I appreciate his creativity, but this attire is not fitting for an Urhobo man. He should showcase the rich Urhobo culture, especially on a global stage like this.”
“I am disappointed. Anyway, congratulations to him for winning the AMVCA 2024 award.”
