Former Minister of Finance, Mrs. Nenadi Esther Usman has been accused of N38 billion fraud by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Now, she is begging the court to release her traveling passport and to grant her leave to travel abroad for treatment of her breast cancer.
