Nollywood star actress, Toyin Abraham has bared her mind on President Bola Tinubu after she supported him in the 2023 presidential election.
The actress has continued to show support for Tinubu. It is interesting to know that Abraham, after Tinubu’s inauguration wrote an open letter to reaffirm her support for him.
The actress, recently faced a fresh criticism from a social media user who took to microblog platform, X, formerly Twitter to inquire by writing; “Maybe one day Toyin Abraham will divulge the plans Bola Tinubu shared with her to the public.”
“I strongly believe we deserve to hear. Thank u @toyin_abraham1.”
In her reaction, Abraham said; “Of course, I was told and promised good governance and happiness for everyone and I believed.”
“If things didn’t go well why do I have to be the one to suffer for it? Because I remember I voted for Jonathan and I was bullied but I didn’t blame anyone after everyone chose Buhari. So please why would they be cursing and trolling me every time?”
“I have faced my life and career cos I am not a politician and I’m not in government, I have learnt my lesson never ever to be open with my choice again.”
Recall that Toyin Abraham was very vocal about her support for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate.
