Former Nigerian lawmaker who represented Kogi West Senatorial District, Senator Dino Melaye, has attacked the acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Umar Iliya Damagum.
The former lawmaker, accused Damagum and his surbodinates of destroying the party under their leadership.
According to Dino Melaye, “PDP is now an obituary under the leadership of Damagum, Samuel Anyanwu, and Umar Bature.”
Dino, launched the attack on the party leaders via his X page, formerly Twitter on Sunday, August 25th, 2024.
He wrote; “PDP is the only surviving party of the 4th Republic. After 27 years of surviving all shenanigans.”
“Alex Ekwueme, Solomon Lar, Sunday Awoniyi, Adamu Chiroma, Tony Anenih, Abubakar Rimi, etc will be turning in their graves seeing what Damagun, Ayanwu and Bature are doing to the dream of building a national party. PDP now, Obituary.”
