The economic hardship in Nigeria is increasing on daily bases that even sachet water (pure water) that happens to be the cheapest commodity is now being sold for N50 per sachet.
Things have become so hard for the citizens that some families have now degerated to taking untreated water since pure water is no longer affordable as it were.
This, however, spells trouble for companies producing sachet water, popularly known as ‘Pure Water’ as the original ice water has finally found its way back to the market.
This became evident as a video we came across on the internet recently, showed a woman selling two packs of ice water for N50 at a function.
