The last has not been heard on the death of Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba a.k.a Mohbad over his controversial demise.
It would be recalled that his former boss, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley; Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu a.k.a Sam Larry and two others were on October 6, 2023 arraigned and remanded over the death of the singer (Mohbad).
Be that as it may, a Magistrate’s Court sitting in Yaba, Lagos State, has now granted Naira Marley and Sam Larry bail in the sum of N20 million.
The duo were also to present three responsible sureties.
However, the Magistrate, Adeola Olatunbosun in her ruling, said; “As part of the bail conditions, the defendants are to surrender their passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department.”
“Any attempts to contact me directly would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings.”
