The newly inaugurated Minister of Sports, John Owan Enoh has debunked the rumour spreading like wild harmattan fire that he lobbied to become Sports Minister.
Critics are saying that Enoh do not deserve the position due to his lack of experience in the sport sector.
However, speaking after his inauguration, the new Sports Minister, said; “I didn’t lobby to be sports minister.”
“President Bola Tinubu saw me fit and decided to put the task of building sports in Nigeria.
“Since I was assigned this portfolio, I have been reading about sports.”
