The most talked about initiative, “Project NWAFOR Igbo”, a concept by Equity Concepts Entertainments boss, Rowland Okorie is now set to make its debut at the Mbaise Inc. 14th Annual National Convention holding at Dallas, Texas, United States of America (USA).
The convention which will last for 5-days will start on Wednesday 5th – Sunday 9th July, 2023.
However, Okorie, Global Leader of Project NWAFOR Igbo, speaking ahead of the convention said he has perfected preparations for Project NWAFOR Igbo to make his first appearance at the convention.
The 2023 Convention will be chaired by one of the great leaders of Ndigbo, Chief Sir SOS Echendu, who is also the National President.
Speaking on the convention, Chief Echendu stated that; “There is need for Southeast states to meet up global standards in job creations for the youths.”
He added that; “This year’s convention will attract thousands of Mbaise men, women and children living in the US and around the world.”
According to the organisers, the gathering will feature leadership forum, cultural celebration, innovation workshop, town hall meeting, youth programmes, a fundraiser/gala night, millennia’s gala, and more.
According to Mr. Okorie, “Project NWAFOR will live up to the occasion and present its blueprint on how it seeks to partner with Mbaise USA having been consulting with people from the same town and village”.
Expressing optimism on Project NWAFOR Igbo, Chief Ezeji Alozie Aguwa, noted that the project is a new face of change that will help the Igbo youths achieve their goals.
He said; “What makes Project NWAFOR Igbo an excellent idea is the fact that it has the potential to generate it’s own revenue.”
“Change at last has come,” Chief Ezeji Aguwa enthused. He said the Igbo nation is crumbling and needs immediate resuscitation that will bring never-before-seen employment and youth empowerment programs in order to transform the lives of the youths.
This is coming following the Global Director on Strategy, Uche Onuigbo’s proposed meeting with Chief Emmanuel Iwayanwu and other stakeholders in Ohaneze Ndigbo to align for an official project launch this year.
