One day he goes to deliver pizza at an old house and finds himself trapped in a maze that grows ever more fearsome by the minute – PIZZA, 5th June. Dance your heart out as you watch the enthusiastic youngsters go from street to stage following their passion for dance, in A. B. C. D. on the 7th and M.A.D. on the 14th.

A musician follows his passion from dust to glamour in BANJO on the 21st. In DANGAL, a father relives his glory by training his daughters in a mainly male sport on the 28th.

Hamari Bahu Silk tells the story of Paakhi, a girl from an ordinary family who struggles to find employment to support her family and put food on the table. Realising that she is gifted with a smooth voice, she takes on a job that raises eyebrows in her community as it is not seen as a real job. While others brag about their daughters being doctors and lawyers, Paakhi’s family is too ashamed to tell anyone that she’s a dubbing artist for B-grade movies. She lends her voice to the country’s leading ladies, yet no one respects her choice. Watch Paakhi’s journey from an often berated girl to a respected member of society.

Dance India Dance – Battle of the Champions – A show that got India and the diaspora dancing is in its 10th year. A new avatar will bring more excitement, more drama and high octane performances to the stage, as dance sport is taken to the next level. With 360° cameras and stage, there will be no room for questions on dancers’ abilities and form. The tiniest details will be seen by all, and judged from a calculated point of view. The glitz, glamour, grit and tears will put dancers through an acid test in a quest to find India’s best dancer. Hosted by Karan of Kundali Bhagya fame, and judged by Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bosco and rap star Raftaar. Saturdays and Sundays at 20:00 CAT and MRU.
