Information reaching us has it that the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Director of Finance and Account, Eno Ubi Otu has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Sources squealed to us that Otu is being questioned over the alleged diversion of N25 billion in tax remittances.
According to sources, Otu arrived at the EFCC facility on Wednesday, August 24th, 2022 and he is still being held for interrogation.
Sources told us that his arrest was part of a larger investigation of the forensic audit report of the NDDC.
