Michael Jackson a.k.a. Ella-Ellywood who was arrested on January 26, 2022 following intelligence received by the officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over computer fraud has been sentenced to prison.
Justice Ringim of the Federal High Court sitting at Ikoyi, Lagos sentenced the dude who was convicted of computer fraud to three months imprisonment.
For those who don’t know, Michael Jackson poses as Ella, a transgender woman, and defrauded unsuspecting victims of millions of Naira. Michael Jackson who is also a DJ had in his possession fetish items which he claimed was for success.
The Judge has ordered the forfeiture of the items recovered from him to the Federal Government of Nigeria.
The items include one iPhone 11 Pro; one Mack Book; one Hp Laptop; One 4Runner Toyota Jeep and one Honda Accord.
