Big Brother Naija Season 5 winner, Laycon has finally clear the air on his health amid reports that he told his former housemate and initial love interest, Erica that he is a Sickle Cell carrier.
This is also coming after Laycon was heavily criticised by BBNaija viewers that he declared his Sickel Cell status to attract pity from the public.
Laycon said; “I’m not the kind of guy that would want to get something out of pity.”
“The only person I remember telling was Vee and I told her in a whisper because she respects information that I divulge to her.”
“Music and sickle courses are the most important things I’m looking forward to doing henceforth. I plan on taking sickle cell courses to improve my health.”
It would be recalled that Erica came under attack after Laycon confirmed his Sickle Cell status, as many were of the opinion that he told Erica about his health issues, instead she used it against him during her outburst that led to her disqualification.
